THE ORDERING PROCESS
1. SUBMIT THE ORDER REQUEST FORM
In order to begin the ordering process, submit the memory bear order form. This allows me to schedule the discovery call and get started on creating your custom bear quote.
2. DISCOVERY CALL
After I receive your submission, I'll contact you to begin the bear creation process. I use this to get a feel for your loved one or memory and to understand the item's significance.
3. SEND YOUR SPECIAL ITEM
Once we've spoken, I'll create your profile ain the customer portal and provide you directions to send your special item to me so I can begin creating your new bear.
4. RECEIVE YOUR HEIRLOOM BEAR
I'm always excited to get your bear to you and hear how much you and your family love the bear. Once you receive your bear, please send photos so I can cherish this time with you!
